Returns and exchanges are not supported for the following situations:
1. You did not contact our customer service center before returning or exchanging the goods;

3. Exceeding the specified time for returns and exchanges (7 days after the goods are signed for);
4. Products without quality issues;

2.If there is a return, please use SF Express to return it. If there are promotional coupons, gifts, etc. related to the returned or exchanged goods, please return them together. Fenchuang Mall will also reclaim the corresponding points or rebates earned from your purchase of this product.
3. All returns must be confirmed by the customer service center of Fenchuang Mall before they can be returned.
4. If a product is returned without confirmation from the customer service center of Fenchuang Mall, your return request will not be accepted. At this time, the product will be returned to you by express delivery, and Fenchuang Mall will not be able to bear the cost of returning the product. In the event of a return of goods due to quality issues, Fenchuang Mall will bear the shipping costs incurred due to the return of the goods.
