Return and exchange process

1. Customers should check the "Return and Exchange Policy" and contact the online customer service of Fenchuang Mall after confirming that they meet the return and exchange conditions;

2. The customer service of Fenchuang Mall confirms that returns and exchanges are possible, and informs the customer of the return address;

3. Customers can safely package their products and send them back to Fenchuang Mall;

4. Fenchuang Mall will inspect the products and confirm that they meet the return and exchange standards. We will resend your replacement product or arrange a refund, and the return and exchange process will be completed.


Online application for return and exchange:

Step 1: Please log in to the Member Center

Step 2: Click on Order Management or click on "My Orders" to find the corresponding order number

Step 3: Click on "Apply for after-sales service": Contact after-sales customer service

Provide the product transaction order number and provide a detailed description of the reason for product return or exchange. If possible, please provide a detailed product drawing for more efficient communication; After confirmation by the after-sales customer service, please send the product back to our company for SF Express cash on delivery;

After the company verifies the receipt, the after-sales customer service will confirm the return and exchange information with you. The replacement will be rescheduled for shipment, with an expected lead time of one week for domestic products and three to five weeks for imported products! Please be patient and wait for the package to arrive!


Attention: If the product is returned or exchanged due to customer reasons, the customer shall bear certain costs (such as shipping, customs duties, and taxes already incurred)!
