On the aluminum alloy body, ball guides are used in the precision quenched V-grooves.
It is a lightweight and highly stable linear motion platform.
The main body is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, which is lightweight and overcomes the weight disadvantages of stainless-steel materials.
Adopting the V-groove ball guide structure, the steel balls and guide rails have four linear contact points, providing stable load-bearing capacity.
Drawing on the manufacturing techniques of the stainless-steel integrated guide rail, it inherits the integrated structure processing, resulting in minimal assembly errors and high product consistency.
