Porous Vacuum Table
PVT has uniform micrometers vent hole and can adsorb a sample reducing warp or deflection of the sample. PVT is suitable to fix a thin substrate such as semiconductor, glass, film or sheet.
PVT is made of granite and is lightweight and precise configuration.
External vacuum source is required. Adsorption power depends on the vacuum source.
