Circular Polarizer
This is a cost-effective polarizer with a large clear aperture.
It is used for simple polarization experiments, such as photoelasticity tests, and for adjusting the light intensity of illumination.
・The polarizer is thin and lightweight, allowing it to fit into narrow spaces in the optical path.
・It can be used across a broad wavelength range of visible light, achieving circular polarization at 560 nm. As the wavelength deviates from 560nm, the polarization state becomes increasingly elliptical.
・The polarization state is available in two types: right-handed and left-handed.
・Since it is a thin plastic sheet, it will not break if dropped.
