θXY Axis Stages
Precision stages for fine adjustment in three axes. Combination of θ axis coarse/fine-control stage and XY axis steel stage.
◦The θ axis (rotation) stage is placed at the bottom, making it possible to rotate samples in a concentric circle after adjustment the sample on the XY axis stage (while dislocating the sample from the center of the rotation stage) .
