High Precision manul translation stage assembly with fine adjustment in four axes.
◦Assembly consists of XY axis steel stage, Z-pivot flat top steel stage, θ-rotation coarse/fine-adjustment stage, α-axis compact goniometer, αβ axis compact goniometer.
◦Stages with part numbers ending in "EC" have center-driven XY axis micrometer headS. Stages with part numbers ending in "ES" have a side-driven micrometer heads.
◦Available in 40mm & 60mm Footprints
