Vacuum Pedestal Bases
These are low outgassing pedestal bases for vacuum mirror holders and lens holders.
By using in combination with vacuum pedestal clamps (VPSCS), the pedestal bases can be positioned at an arbitrary position.
To minimize the outgassing, venting hole and grooving are provided onto screw holes and inset sections.
Please use optional vacuum screws (VSC/VCHS) for mounting M6 installing holders or M4 installing holders.
VPSM can connect the vacuum post holders (VRS-12) and can be fixed by pedestal clamps (VPSCS).

To maintain its high cleanness, special vacuum packing for delivery is provided for each component.
