Vacuum Posts
These are low outgassing posts which are ideal for using in the high vacuum conditions.
By using in combination with vacuum post holders (VRS), optical axis height of the holders can be adjusted.
To minimize the outgassing, venting hole and grooving are provided onto screw holes and inset sections.
Please use optional vacuum screws (VSC/VCHS) for mounting M6 installing holders or M4 installing holders.
Guide
To maintain its high cleanness, special vacuum packing for delivery is provided for each component.
Attention
Please make sure that open the package in a clean environment and do not touch it with your bare hands.
