Vacuum Base Plate
These are low outgassing base plates for fixing vacuum holders and vacuum stages in the optical baseplates.
A long cutout hole enables positioning of the base plate in the optimal position.
To minimize the outgassing, venting hole and grooving are provided onto screw holes and inset sections.
Besides the post holders, 25mm and 40mm stainless stages (TSDS-251、TSDS-401) can be fixed.
Guide
To maintain its high cleanness, special vacuum packing for delivery is provided for each component.
We also provide vacuum optical baseplates (VOBC) for fixing the post holders.
Attention
Screws are not included. Please prepare vacuum screws (VPCB/VAGB).
Please make sure that open the package in a clean environment and do not touch it with your bare hands.
