Stainless steel mirror mount for ultra-fine mirror adjustment and superior stability.
The highly rigid body and the torsion spring backlash elimination mechanism ensure stability over long periods of time.
The ultra-fine adjustment screw (screw pitch 0.1 mm) allows for very precise and sensitive mirror angle adjustment.
The reduced width of the mount body allows for compact integration of complex optical systems.
Symmetrical R type and L type are available.
In addition to the tilt and rotation axes, the base axis is also made as an adjustment screw, which is useful for changing the optical path length while maintaining the mirror angle.
Can be fixed to various height-adjustable base stands such as Posts and Post Stands. (using supplied M4 screws or M6 threaded holes)
The mirror can be fixed with a set screw from the side of the mirror frame, or it can be glued to the three pedestals on the mirror frame.
Guide
Fine Adjustment Stick (MHO-ST) is available for adjusting mirrors in tight spaces that cannot be reached with fingers.
Clamp for MHO (MHO-CL) is available to fix the MHO mount on the optical table with M6 threaded holes at any desired location.
Attention
The adjustment screw is always under tension by the spring, so heaviness may be felt in operation.
When using MHO with a transmitted beam, please confirm the beam diameter and direction of transmission in advance. The mount could not be used for the beam crossing section of a Michelson interferometer, for example.
The mirror reflective surface is 15.5mm away from the M6 mounting hole. When the mirror is set at a 45° angle, please take into consideration that the laser beam and the mirror reflective surface is off-centered.
